Tracy's mission is to empower clients and assist them in achieving their personal goals for a healthy, successful life. This can lead to an improved outlook and attitude, recognition of strengths and opportunities, heightened confidence, increased energy, feelings of well-being and positive self-image, happiness and joy.

Tracy and the Clinical Care Consultants team can assist you in recognizing and understanding what is needed to overcome barriers to a happier life. And to help you reach the physical and emotional health you are striving for.

Tracy Tucker, AM, LCSW

Tracy received her Master of Arts from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Tracy has experience working with adults and children experiencing a variety of challenges in their lives. Prior to private practice, she has provided services at agencies such as Ada S. McKinley Community Services and the Victor C. Neumann Association, both prominent, long-standing, multi-disciplinary social service agencies in the Chicagoland area.

Tracy is an Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker and member of The National Association of Social Workers. She's an officer on the board of directors of the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County.
